How Omni keeps every school's data separate, audited, and in the UK.
Isolated by design
Every school's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, so the rules about who can read what live in the database itself rather than only in application code.
Every change tracked
Sensitive tables carry an audit trail: who changed what, and when, recorded in the same transaction as the change itself. Free-text fields such as medical or pastoral notes are excluded from the audit record; only the fact of the change is kept.
Hosted in the UK
Data is hosted in a UK region, backed up automatically, and encrypted at rest and in transit.
